JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Surface Transportation Board (STB) rate case between CSX Transportation and Seminole Electric Cooperative has been settled and Seminole has filed a motion to dismiss the case (Docket No. 42110).
“The parties have entered into a mutually agreeable transportation contract, the terms of which are confidential,” CSX said in a statement.
