A next generation TGV train on a test run derailed Saturday near Strasbourg in Northeastern France, killing 10, France 24 reported. Five more people are missing.
The train was traveling 217 mph at the time of the crash. Those killed were among 49 technicians on board the train.
The next generation TGV trains are set to come into service next spring.
