MARTA Running Reduced Services Amid Winter Weather

ATLANTA – The Metropolitan Rapid Transit Authority said it is running lifeline bus routes only, and reduced rail and paratransit service today, Saturday, Jan. 24, in anticipation of severe winter weather in the metro Atlanta area.

MARTA service may be further reduced or suspended if weather and road conditions worsen. As of now, this service plan will remain in place for Sunday, Jan. 25, 2026. Any changes will be shared immediately on all MARTA customer-facing platforms.
