GATX Corporation announced that Eren Doygun has been appointed senior vice president, chief planning and investment officer, effective immediately.
In this role, Doygun will lead GATX’s strategic planning and operational finance functions, including financial planning and analysis, valuation, and investment analysis and governance activities. He will be responsible for aligning financial and strategic planning with the Company’s growth objectives and supporting investment decision-making.
Doygun joined GATX Corporation in 2006 and has held a series of finance leadership positions with increasing responsibility. Most recently, he served as vice president of financial planning and analysis. Mr. Doygun received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Yildiz Technical University, Istanbul, and his Master of Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
