Rail Vision Ltd. said it has completed its previously announced strategic transaction to acquire a 51% ownership interest in Quantum Transportation Ltd., giving Rail Vision majority ownership and control of the company.

The Association of American Railroads reported that U.S. rail traffic increased for the week ending Jan. 10, 2026, reflecting gains in both carloads and intermodal volume.
