CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Railfanning.org announced today that it is launching a quarterly newsletter dedicated to railroad news.
“The Quarterly Cross-Tie is a way to connect with railfans nationwide,” said Todd DeFeo, the site’s Webmaster. “In addition to a limited print edition, there will be an online edition that will reach more railfans nationwide.”
Railfanning.org launched in September 2002 and offers up information about several cities nationwide, including Marietta, Ga., Nashville, Tenn., and St. Louis, Mo. The site also includes information about railroad safety, rolling stock seen on the rails today and general railroad information.
