Norfolk Southern Names Felismina De Oliveira Vice President Enterprise Resources

Norfolk Southern Corporation has named Felismina “Mina” De Oliveira vice president of enterprise resources, reporting directly to Chief Operating Officer John Orr.

The move expands the responsibilities of her previous role as assistant vice president of enterprise resources to include the company’s precision fuel program, strategic supplier management, and sourcing.

De Oliveira joined Norfolk Southern in June of this year and has since been pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency throughout the organization, significantly contributing to the railway’s operational improvement.

In this new role, her focus will be transforming the company’s broader sourcing function to deliver industry-leading value at every level of the supply chain. Leveraging the combined power of data and resources, she will lead partnerships to refine processes further and eliminate waste.

With more than two decades of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and supply transformation, De Oliveira previously held multiple roles of increasing responsibility for Canadian National Railway.

She also served in leadership at global organizations, including her tenure as Chief Operating and Sustainability Officer at Targray Group Inc. She holds an Executive MBA from UQAM University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Concordia University. She is fluent in English, French, and Portuguese.
