MARTA Discontinues See & Say App, Moves Safety Reporting to Main App

The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority has discontinued its standalone MARTA See & Say app and moved safety and security reporting features to the main MARTA App.

The See & Say app was discontinued Oct. 1. Riders can now use the main app to report safety concerns, suspicious activity and maintenance issues.

The MARTA App allows customers to submit safety and security reports, including photos and videos, directly to MARTA Police. Riders can also report nonemergency maintenance issues and outages.

Other features include real-time bus and rail arrival information, live vehicle tracking, regional trip planning and service alerts for delays, detours and elevator or escalator outages.

MARTA is encouraging customers who still have the See & Say app installed to delete it and use the main MARTA App, which is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Customers can also report security concerns by calling MARTA Police at 404-848-4911, texting 1-877-371-8477 or notifying a MARTA employee or police officer.
