CHRISTCHURCH, New Zealand — The newly opened extension of the Christchurch tram is already out of service.
The extension opened last June.
It is not entirely clear why the extension is out of service, but it might be the result of a track misalignment. According to reports, a tram derailed on Jan. 15.
