NJ Transit is preparing to advance a major infrastructure facility project in Clifton, New Jersey.

As Gov. Phil Murphy, his administration and NJ Transit union leaders slap each other on the back for agreeing to a contract that ended the NJ Transit strike, New Jersey Assemblywoman Nancy Munoz is speaking up for the commuters and taxpayers who have been railroaded by the deal.

New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy and NJ Transit President & CEO Kris Kolluri announced a tentative agreement with the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers & Trainmen.

Contract negotiations between NJ Transit and the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen have ceased for the day but remain ongoing.

Speaking at Newark Broad Street Station, NJ Transit President & CEO Kris Kolluri emphasized his commitment to continuing the negotiations and expressed optimism that a timely resolution could be reached with the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen (BLET).
