Biography
Boyd M. Cheatham (c. 1838–July 19, 1876) was a noted Tennessee politician who was also associated with the Edgefield and Kentucky Railroad.
Cheatham resigned his post as assistant superintendent on the Edgefield and Kentucky in about October 1868. He died at his home in Springfield, Tennessee, on July 19, 1876, during the waning days of the Reconstruction era
