Southeastern Railway Museum

CSX Transportation donated a rare locomotive to the Southeastern Railway Museum that is the first of its kind exhibited in a museum.

Duluth is always a great place to watch trains, whether it’s the Southeastern Railway Museum or the Norfolk Southern main line through town.

The Southeastern Railway Museum in Duluth, Ga., will host steam-powered trips at the museum on a pair of weekends this fall, marking the first time in roughly 15 years that steam trains have operated at the museum.
