Due to the ongoing severe winter weather impacting the region, NJ Transit Bus, River Line and Access Link services will remain suspended for the rest of the service day on Saturday, Jan. 29.

Bus, River Line and Access Link will resume full service at the start of the service day Sunday, Jan. 30.

To the greatest extent possible, local, county and state roads must be free from vehicular traffic to expedite snow removal, ensuring optimal road conditions for a full resumption of service on Sunday, officials said.

Customers may still experience possible delays, detours and cancellations on Sunday due to residual impacts from the winter storm and should continue to allow extra travel time.

Train service, Newark Light Rail and Hudson-Bergen Light Rail are expected to continue to operate on regular weekend schedules for the remainder of the service day on Saturday. Customers may see the possibility of delays and potential service cancellations due to the storm’s impacts.
