DALLAS — The M-Line Trolley, previously named the McKinney Avenue Trolley, provides a unique view of Dallas’ Uptown neighborhood.

The heritage streetcar line operates a collection of restored historic streetcars, making it a rolling museum.

Like many cities, Dallas once had a robust streetcar network.

Streetcars rumbled along metropolitan Dallas streets starting in the late 19th century. While streetcars started to fade by the 1930s, the last Dallas streetcar ran on Jan. 15, 1956, on the Sunset-Hampton line.
