The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority Board of Directors will hold public hearings to deliberate on the proposed fiscal 2026 operating and capital budgets.
Officials said the hearings will provide a platform for community members to engage in a substantive dialogue regarding the budget and offer feedback.
On Tuesday, May 13, 2025, MARTA will host both in-person and virtual sessions at its headquarters, 2424 Piedmont Road NE in Atlanta. The community exchange session will commence at 6 p.m., followed by the formal public hearing at 7 p.m. Attendees can access the venue via the Red or Gold Line to Lindbergh Center Station, exiting on the north side, or by using Routes 5, 6, 30, 39, and 809.
Additionally, on Thursday, May 15, 2025, MARTA will hold an in-person session at Riverdale Town Center, situated at 7210 Church St. in Riverdale. Like the previous session, the community exchange will begin at 6 p.m., followed by the public hearing at 7 p.m. The venue is accessible via Routes 89 (Riverdale), 197, and 198.
