The head of the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority has released his annual Customer Charter, a detailed customer commitment to complete projects that improve and enhance the customer experience and ensure greater transparency and accountability at the agency.

Transportation is usually among the hottest of topics in metro Atlanta, but a new survey found transportation takes a “back seat” to other regional issues.

In addition to voting on the next leader of the free world this presidential election, voters in the Atlanta suburb of Cobb County will also decide whether to implement a 30-year 1-cent Mobility Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax.
