Two women were sent to a local hospital after they were struck by a MARTA train.

Three women were killed and a fourth injured when a train struck their car at a grade crossing in the city of South Fulton south of Atlanta.

The steamer entered service in October 1915 and is dedicated to the “memory of those members of the New Zealand Railways who fell in the Great War.”
