Railfanning Review: Death on the Rails (Part I)

Recently, I gave a presentation titled “Death on the Rails.” It was an interesting look at railroad calamities across the years. It’s the kind of topic one could talk about for hours. I had 45 minutes.

I’ve decided to take a recording of this presentation and turn it into a multi-part podcast. While I’ve talked about rail calamities as part of presentations about specific railroads, it was a unique challenge to weave together a narrative that wasn’t limited by railroad or geography.

I hope you enjoy this presentation.
